They appear to be waiting for something, and as the camera pulls back we can see that they are all staring at a man seated at a desk in the back of the room. He is wearing a suit and he appears to be busy working on something. As the camera continues to move backwards, we see that the room gradually fills with people. We now see that the man at the desk is also staring at the women, and as we move closer we can see that he is staring at them intently. The camera then slowly moves past the women and focuses in on the man, and as the scene comes to an end we see that he has disappeared.
