Everyday it's important to get on your feet, get outside - work up a sweat and get a little exercise!!! Follow me and my little feet as I go for a jog along the city streets. I'm sure you can only imagine how sweaty these feet are going to be after some intense jogging in my Airmax 720s ;) I'll take you along with me on this voyeuristic journey before ending our sweat session with a little stretching. But no workout is complete without a proper cool down and smell check for productivity! I'll strip off my shoes and socks and even let you have a whiff while I enjoy giving my own feet a sniff :)
