I've recently been trying to train myself up into holding my breath for as long as I used to be able to - I managed a whole minute underwater recently and I have been trying out my skills on dry land as well. In this clip I hold my breath for as long as possible with puffed out cheeks and beat my previous record. My face starts to flush from the effort of holding my breath but I am very happy with the results! Enjoy!
