At the gym I mostly lift weights, and I generally get my cardio doing other things – I’m sure you can guess! But sometimes it is kind of fun to work up a sweat other ways, and I thought you might like to see just how sweaty I can get working out in the peak of the summer heat when I filmed this. I’m in a little red workout set, short-shorts and a sports bra, so you can easily see the sweat start to pool around my butt and between my big boobs as I work out.
